What to Get Mom for Mother's Day 2026 | Meaningful Gifts She'll Love Guaranteed.

You might be asking yourself what does mom really want for Mother's Day in 2026. And as a mother I'm here to answer that question. 

Hello, My name is Steph and I am a small business owner, and mom or 2.  And mother's day can be great if you try this.  Please come back and let me know that you did this and the time you had with family this year.  What did it do for you?  Here is all you will do. And if you are single, grab a bucket of Chicken and fixings.  

This year is a struggle for many moms.  Single moms especially.  But as a mother of 2 children I struggle with "Time" yes time with my kids just having fun, talking, and enjoying their company.  

Many days as moms, we struggle to get the kids no matter the age to just pay attention to us, listen to us.  We seem to struggle with competing for their time.  With Social Media or online games always in the background.  So this year I made a box, and it can be a shoe box or a fancy wooden box but I asked my kids don't buy me anything, don't send me a card, just come for a visit.  I asked my husband to grill some things and when the kids, & grands,  come, we will place phones in the box (silence them) and  just talk and enjoy the day.  I have horseshoes set up outside, ring latter, scrabble and Uno out and we can just enjoy the time and the fun like we use to when they were kids.  

Nothing means more to a mother than time, stories and laughter.

If your mom is a plane ride away, send her a card, let her know you are thinking of her on this day.  Call her, spend time asking about her week, make it all about her, even though she will try to make it about you.  This is a whole other mommy struggle, am I right ladies.
