Your other supplies are
- acrylic paint, and applicators like sponges or brushes.
- Stencil, stamps, laser, vinyl cutter to add personalization
- Glue
- Ribbon
- Sealer
- Wood, Acrylic or Chipboard
Cut the scallop frame on your laser or cutting machine, You can make these out of heavy cardstock or chipboard.
Once you have cut the frames and the silhouette shapes you will glue them together. I am using a super glue for wood and acrylic and if using cardstock or chipboard you may want to use a paper adhesive glue.
Adding the personalized names is easy if using a laser just engrave or score them to your machine specifications. If using paper you can use your machine to cut stencil, or Permanent vinyl.
Top your project with a bow using the ribbon and color of choice. I have linked the Chiffon Ribbon, since it is so pretty and very popular these days. It comes in so many lovely trending colors. Wire ribbon isn't recommended. Just tie a bow like a shoe lace. Adjust it to the size you desire. If using other ribbon, just make sure it is the same on both sides or you will need to tie it differently.
Pricing these and marketing them is easy. Prices that I charge for mine is $13-$15 You can make them up ahead of time and do on the spot engraving at events which really draws buyers in. You will need equipment like a portable laser like an WeCreate Luminous, and a power source for computer and laser like a Jackery. Doing this at events draws a large crowd to watch and get what you are making. On the spot engraving lke this more than doubles your sales at events, which means serious money and profits.
Or you can just post on facebook and marketplace boards taking orders local or on your website or etsy.
